Status: Completed 2010
The site is located within a re-development plan area of Downtown Lancaster. The project is a major renovation of a 1950's grocery store into a restaurant, bar and banquet hall. Covered outdoor seating patios wrap the project on two sides and tie into a proposed community plaza along the city's main street. This project not only provided Lancaster with a new restaurant and banquet venue, but strengthened the city's sense of community through the implementation of a new public plaza.
