This 81 unit affordable housing project is sited on a through lot, one block off Wilshire Blvd. however the site between is an existing DWP one story parking structure which is unlikely to change any time soon. This presents a unique site condition with a long exposed south facing façade off of Wilshire Blvd. The design includes horizontal sun shading and vertical translucent colored panels that will activate the façade with the movement of the sun.
