The City of Newhall is partnering with a private developer and the Department of Transportation to build: a parking garage for the commuter rail, retail and senior affordable apartments. The site is located at the entry of a revitalization area of downtown which includes the renaming of San Fernando Rd as Main St. The design responds to the city's design guidelines and the developer's vision.
