This study was produced for a partnership between a private developer and the Motion Picture & Television Fund (MPTF) to master plan for additional senior apartments for the MPTF campus in Woodland Hills. The goal of the expansion was to add housing without losing the open landscaped nature of the existing MPTF Campus. The design focuses the new housing around a common green space ending at an existing wooded knoll. It also includes common facilities distributed throughout the buildings to help foster a sense of community by encouraging interaction among residents.
