The home was completely renovated and expanded into a loft-like space with an open floor plan. In the front yard, the beautiful 100' tall White Ash tree was maintained along with much of the original home. The design includes many sustainable design features including: concrete floor at ground level, wood floors throughout the upper level, high efficiency HVAC, tank-less water heater, dual flush toilets, low flow fixtures, energy star appliances, low VOC paint, no VOC cabinetry in kitchen and bathrooms, and re-use of the entire existing structure.
