Located along the blue line in Long Beach, this 49-unit building is a part of the neighborhood revitalization plan. The revitalization plan aims to enhance a pedestrian friendly street thus the project includes townhouse units that line the street edge. Another connection is made to the street at the main entrance where a break in the building mass allows views into the interior courtyard.
