Description: 2,100 sf custom residential renovation/addition
Status: construction completed
The existing home was completely renovated and expanded into a contemporary living space. Walls were removed to create a large light filled space with an open kitchen. The exterior form and finishes were updated while working within the bones of the existing structure. A tight budget forced a creative approach; by limiting the amount of demolition, resources were focused on exterior and interior finishes.
