Hollywood Passage is a transit-oriented, mixed-use development. The two-acre site is located just west of the Hollywood and Western Metro Red Line stop. The design includes residential units for young professionals, 18,000 sq. ft. of retail in a single five-story building, and a public pocket plaza off the sidewalk which creates a refreshing urban space. Smart growth and land-use concepts include infill development, high average density, development along rail transit and pedestrian-oriented retail. The design incorporates existing historical structures and is designed to read as a series of smaller buildings that respond to the historic development pattern of this area.
