Located just west of the Hollywood and Western subway station, this project completes the block which is anchored by the historic Mayer Building. The site also includes two other historic buildings which were incorporated into the design. The project weaves 18,000sf of retail space and 216 apartments into the existing context to create an urban community. Hollywood Passage also features a large public plaza mid-block to engage the community at large.
