Located on the Northwest corner of Echo Lake in Echo Park, this Senior Apartment Complex is situated in an area of Los Angeles that allows seniors many options for maintaining an active lifestyle. It is critical that the building participate with the surrounding neighborhood, allowing the residents to be a part of city life. To achieve this, the courtyard has 2 open sides, with one side terracing down to street level, creating an alternative entry point. The community room is located at street level, opening onto Glendale Blvd, and providing clear views of Echo Lake.
