Replacing an existing single story apartment building, Carondelet Court has added 33 family units to the Westlake area of Los Angeles. Within walking distance to McArthur Park, and many public transportation options, including the Metro Red Line, the project promotes a healthy pedestrian lifestyle. There is a U-shaped courtyard on the second floor, and an open roof deck on the 6th floor, allowing residents the privacy of a courtyard combined with rooftop views.
