Arbor Lofts is located in the heart of downtown Lancaster and is a part of the development plan for the area. The building for artists-in-residence features an onsite resident gallery and an exterior courtyard gallery. It is also located next to the proposed site of the Lancaster Museum. The apartments are 2-story units with four bedrooms and a work space. The resident gallery/community room is a storefront space that engages the street.
