The site is located within a re-development plan area of Downtown Lancaster. The project is a major renovation of a 1950's grocery store into a restaurant, bar and banquet hall. Covered outdoor seating patios will wrap around on two sides and tie into a proposed community plaza that will front the city's main street. This project will not only provide Lancaster with a new restaurant and banquet venue, but it will also strengthen the city's sense of community through the implementation of this new public plaza.
